2W Inc. — Terms of Service

Welcome to 2Wander, owned and operated by 2W Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, campaigns, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use the Platform or participate in campaigns, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws

Nominees must be real individuals. Employees, contractors, partners, and immediate family of 2W Inc. are not eligible to be nominated or win.

2. 2Wander With Mr. G Campaign Participation

The "2Wander With Mr. G Campaign" ("Campaign") is a goodwill-based program designed to provide a fully funded travel experience to a selected participant.

By submitting a nomination, voting, or participating in any manner, you agree to the following:

2.1 Nomination Requirements

A valid nomination must include:

  • Nominee's name
  • Nominee's story or explanation
  • Photos, videos, or media (optional)
  • Nominator's name and contact information
  • Confirmation that nominator has permission from nominee to share the story and content

2.2 Public Display of Nominee Information

All approved nominees will be displayed publicly on the Platform. This includes:

  • Full name
  • Photos
  • Nomination story
  • Vote totals (if displayed)

Nominees and nominators consent to such public display.

2.3 Voting Rules

  • Each user may vote once per nominee
  • Automated, fraudulent, or manipulated votes are prohibited
  • The Company may remove suspicious votes or disqualify nominees associated with fraudulent activity

2.4 Finalist Selection

After the public voting period:

  • The top nominees (e.g., Top 10) will be selected based on vote count
  • A review panel will evaluate finalists using criteria such as story impact, need, authenticity, and alignment with the Campaign

2.5 Winner Announcement

Finalists and the winner agree to:

  • Public display of their name, story, and photos
  • Participate in follow-up content including travel updates
  • Allow 2Wander to publish updates for transparency

3. Contributions & Funding ("Boost the Fund")

The Platform may offer users the ability to contribute funds toward future Campaign prizes.

3.1 Not a Tax-Deductible Donation

2W Inc. is not a nonprofit organization. Contributions:

  • Are voluntary
  • Are not tax-deductible
  • May be used at the Company's discretion to fund Campaign prizes, platform development, or related operational costs

3.2 No Refunds

Contributions are final and non-refundable.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting or uploading content, you grant 2W Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, publish, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform or in promotional materials.

This includes nomination stories, photos, and travel updates from winners.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Nominate individuals without their consent
  • Upload harmful or illegal content
  • Manipulate voting
  • Harass or threaten nominees or users
  • Interfere with Platform functionality

Violation may result in suspension or disqualification.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, designs, and platform features are owned by 2W Inc. and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Campaign is subject to modification or cancellation at any time
  • Travel experiences involve risks; the Company is not responsible for incidents during travel
  • The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2W Inc. is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or content
  • Travel incidents, delays, cancellations, or personal injury
  • Technical issues, outages, or data errors

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
