To provide these features, we may process the relevant content you submit (for example, trip details, budget entries, receipt text) and generate outputs that help you organize information. We may store AI outputs and limited examples (including corrections) to improve accuracy and reduce repeated processing over time. We do not use automated decision-making for advertising profiling or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• • With your crew: Content shared within a journey is visible to invited participants and admins based on your settings.
